Payment

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Local sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to all California transactions.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is dependent on location and size of product. Estimated delivery times are subject to change. Most shipping couriers will provide a tracking number. The customer is responsible for being available to receive and inspect the product from the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event, an item arrives damaged during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and make a claim within the shipper’s timeframe and policies.

Local pickup

Local pick up is free and can be arranged by appointment only. If the customer has arranged for pick up by a third party shipper, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item is picked up within 30 days of purchase. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, the item will be available for purchase again and no refund will be given.

Returns

All sales are final we do not accept returns.
